1. When the polyester molding mesh manufacturer uses the dirt adsorption on the mesh surface in the later stage, and the dehydration result is poor and needs to be washed, the paper machine can wash the mesh surface with a special mesh blanket detergent (carefully check its PH value) at the crawling rate (open atmospheric pressure water). Multi-layer mesh and single-layer mesh with nylon monofilament should not be washed with acid solution (nylon, polyester monochemical resistance table is attached), and other nets can be washed with acid and alkali solutions with a concentration of less than 10%.
2. When dirt occurs in the local breeding of the net, after explaining the cause of the occurrence of the dirt breeding, you can choose to use the appropriate detergent to stop the machine for washing. After washing, rinse with plenty of clean water.
