Triple Layer Forming Fabrics
Product Introduction
The structure of triple layer forming fabrics permits to design the forming side and the wear side of the fabric independently to achieve better performance. The bottom side is made with large diameter yarns to improve stability and wear resistance. The sheet side has fine yarns to optimize the sheet forming characteristics of the fabric. The fine mesh on top supply a better sheet support, improving formation, increasing fiber retention and reducing two sideness.
Triple Layer Forming Fabrics Features
● SSB design, excellent dehydration capacity
● The sticker surface is designed with a 2-shed plain weave structure, with high retention rate, good paper uniformity, light net marks, and easy peeling
● The wear surface adopts 8-shed braided structure and imported monofilament, which has good abrasion resistance and long service life
● Large lateral stiffness, good running stability
● Additional middle layer creates a balance between paper and running side.
