On December 11, 2025, Zhejiang Forest United Paper Co., Ltd.'s PM7 production line successfully commenced operations, marking a new milestone in green papermaking. As the core equipment supplier, Kaiden provided key components for PM7 including the OCC pulping/conveying system, white water recovery multi-drum, rotary joint siphon for the entire machine, blade system, and steam condensate system, ensuring efficient operation of the paper machine. The project is located in Wenling City, Taizhou, Zhejiang Province.
Kaden Pulping provided the Foundations™ comprehensive fiber treatment solution for this PM7 line, designed for a production capacity of 1,000 dry tons per day. Since integrating permanent magnet motor drive solutions with Kaden's pulping and flow equipment, the market response has been enthusiastic, with significant energy savings achieved. This technology was previously implemented in Zhejiang Forest United Paper Co., Ltd.'s PM6 project and is now deployed again in PM7. Combined with Kaiden's new energy-saving rotors, it delivers outstanding screening efficiency and energy conservation.
Kaiden Johnson supplied complete equipment for this high-strength corrugator operating at 1200m/min with a width of 6760mm, significantly reducing steam consumption and enhancing drying efficiency. Core Advantages:
• PTX Series Rotary Joints and Siphon Devices - Ensuring reliable steam transmission and efficient drainage
• Steam Condensate System - Utilizing heat pump technology to eliminate flash steam waste and substantially reduce energy consumption
• Doctor blade system – Provides cleaning, sheet separation, and improved moisture uniformity across the web for high-speed machines
• Genisis swing device – Achieves uniform spray distribution across the web
Notably, the comprehensive application of Kaden Johnson's latest-generation Lamblow anti-jam air doctor blade system at the tail cylinder and reel cylinder positions significantly enhances smoothness and reliability during paper delivery. Through precise and stable pneumatic peeling and auxiliary support, this system effectively prevents cylinder entanglement and paper jams, ensuring a seamless transition from the drying section to the winding section. It guarantees successful first-pass paper take-up and efficient, stable winding, laying a solid foundation for continuous production.
Lin Tong, General Manager of Forest United Paper Co., Ltd., stated: "Since the PM6 project started up in March this year, the Kaiden OCC line has performed exceptionally well, rapidly reaching full production capacity and maintaining stable operation to date, giving us great confidence. For this PM7 project, Kaiden has once again provided critical equipment across the entire line, from the pulp OCC line to rotary joint siphon devices. Starting feedstock on December 9th and achieving successful paper production today would not have been possible without the support of high-quality, professional equipment and efficient commissioning services from suppliers like Kaiden Pulp and Kaiden Johnson. Kaiden Pulp has consistently maintained a leading position in the industry, particularly excelling in pulp quality, fiber retention, impurity removal efficiency, and low energy consumption. This significantly enhances paper product quality, which is a key reason we repeatedly choose Kaiden."
The flow delivery system for Taizhou Forest Paper Co., Ltd.'s PM8 line is also supplied by Kaiden. This production line is part of Taizhou Forest's equipment upgrade project for its existing facility, targeting an annual output of 500,000 tons of packaging paper, with commissioning scheduled for 2026. Both Zhejiang Forest United Paper Co., Ltd. and Taizhou Forest Paper Co., Ltd. are subsidiaries of Forest Packaging Group Co., Ltd., large-scale papermaking enterprises integrating modern papermaking equipment with advanced papermaking technology.
Looking ahead, Kaiden and Forest Packaging will continue their collaboration to advance green paper industry development, committed to establishing an environmentally friendly and sustainable benchmark for the sector.
